Message	I think this misconception is the root cause of your belief. Electricity is NOT free. The Alternator requires kinetic energy to run. In an idea world, 1 hp of your engine's power will produce 746 watts. In reality, the alternator is not 100% efficient at producing electricity, and your wires have resistance. Read this
